Program. Michigan CPL Training Academy, LLC (“MCTA”) sends text messages about your class through our “Michigan CPL Training Academy class alerts” program, from our texting number.
What you’ll receive. If you agree to receive texts, we may send you:
- Booking confirmations
- Class reminders, including what to bring
- Changes to your class date, time or location, and cancellations
- Replies to questions you send us
We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How often. Message frequency varies. Most students receive 1 to 5 messages per booking.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. MCTA does not charge for text messages.
How to opt in. You choose to receive texts by checking the text message box when you register or check in, or by asking us to text you. Agreeing to receive texts is never required to book a class.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again. To sign up again, reply START.
